Its cladding includes the well-known Portuguese Moca Cream limestone.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Designed by the famous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jaspers-eyers.be\/quatuor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">architects Jaspers-Eyers<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quatuor.brussels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quatuor building<\/a> is an impressive project located in the north area of Brussels, facing the city center.\u00a0This is a 4 similar-looking tower project, which are all connected and will offer diverse <em>office space, commercial areas, gyms, restaurants<\/em> and much more.<\/p>\n<p>Offering 60,000 m\u00b2 of offices, the buildings are designed to be passive and conform to the <em>highest standards of quality, innovation and environmental performance<\/em>. From the real estate developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.befimmo.be\/en\/portfolio\/quatuor-brussels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Befimmo<\/a>, this project is being developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.besix.com\/en\/projects\/quatuor-brussels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Besix<\/a>, in partnership with several renowned subcontractors from all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>This is a reference project that involves the supply of <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">over 15.000m2 of Portuguese beige limestone Moca Cream<\/span><\/strong> for its external wall cladding and some interior wall cladding applications. The limestone panels are 40mm thick and require a special fixation system.
