Moca Cream is extracted in the area of P\u00e9 da Pedreira, Alcanede<\/em>, in the heart of the Serra d’Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park<\/a>, in the Santar\u00e9m region of central Portugal, approximately 100 kilometres north of Lisbon.<\/p>

This area is considered the main ornamental limestone quarrying centre in Portugal<\/strong>, where more than twenty quarrying companies operate.
